1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
2. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
3. To start a return, email team@novarethel.shop with your order details.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving your return.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
